Directions: Perform 10 reps of each of the following exercises in the order shown. That’s 1 round.
Do 10 total rounds, subtracting 1 rep each round. So you’ll do 9 reps of each exercise in round 2, 8 reps in round 3, and so on. Rest as little as possible.

2. Pushup
3. Row
4. Press
5. Squat
