Enter into Rest




I want to apologize for not posting in two days. I'm so in tune with my body that I know when I'm tried. The great thing about my body because of age is that when I return to back to the gym i a lot stronger. One Important element in working out is REST. Rest is when the body heals it's self. Muscle get what it need to repair and grow more muscle. So, take time out for rest. Your body, soul, and mind it.
