In House Gym is my New Normal (Covid Season)


IN HOUSE GYM IS MY NEW NORMAL

During the COVID season, I've been forced to maintain health by changing my mindset about fitness and health. I've realized that my age calls for a different approach. I am 49 years old and I weighted about 210lb before covid now I'm about 195lb. I've had to change my ideology to simplify the madness of my stress. I focus on 3 things now Diet, Rest, and Working out. 

1. Diet - more aware of what I eat. (What goes in my body and how do I get it out)
2. Rest - Focus on distraction and limit them

3.Workout - Strength & Core, Internal Power Walking, & Basic Calisthenic (1 Hr. every day)

The Best thing about this new normal is I have trained to wake up at 5:00ish every day. ( I'm starting to wake up with an alarm clock.)

I want to encourage others who are looking for a Big Game Changer to get understanding in all you do toward your Body. Because you only get one and then you're gone. Life is a journey and in this journey you should not be alone. Know that others care and share a similar story as yours. I'm just a broken vessel for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I thank God for the opportunity to share what he has shown me in my Life Journey. 

I want to encourage all people young and old to maintain what you have obtained, now because tomorrow is not promised.
